PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & EXERCISES Instructions to follow while doing the exercises- 1) Try doing small repetitions of exercises, in the beginning and then increase it day by day. 2) While doing these exercises, if you experience any kind of muscle cramp or pain, immediately stop the exercises and seek medical attention, if needed. 3)Be aware of your body. 4)Warm up and cool down. 5)Pace yourself. 6)Mix it up. 7)Stay hydrated. 8)Be weather aware . 9)Do it right. 10)Be sensible.
