Dear Parents,
Greetings
to all
As you are
aware that regular classes are suspended in the school on account of Lock down
declared by the Government to break the chain of spread of Covid-19. However we
could conduct the Annual Exam and declare the result. In order to make up for
the lose of classes in the school, we have started with online classes.
Teachers are working from home and uploading videos and lessons on a day to day
basis. Thus we are able to continue with arrangements for the home delivery of
books and copies, although we are in a lock down situation, we are not shut
down totally, we remain connected with students and parents.
The school is
not open. Parents are not able to pay the 1st installment of the
school fees and we are facing financial difficulties on the account of the Lock
down. At the same time we need to
continue with the teaching –learning process uninterrupted . If I have to
provide you with uninterrupted services , I need to take care of our school
staff. Their salary has to be paid on time so that they continue with their
Academic Activities from home. Therefore, I appeal to all the parents to
deposit fees of you wards and regularize
admission of the Academic year 2020.
Those who are able to pay the full amount of the 1st installment may
kindly do it . Although the government has give the time and relaxation to
include the 1st installment of fees along with the 2nd ,
3rd and 4th installment and that will only increase the
financial burden on the parents when we reopen the school.
Therefore , I
would request all of you to clear the 1st installment of school fees
without waiting for July or any other month.
You are also
here by informed that after taking into consideration all the financial constraints
of the parents, the school is giving the option of paying the 1st
installment of the school fees on a monthly basis if you wish.
A cheque drop
box is also kept in the school gate and drop the cheque in the box. Kindly
remember to write the following correctly on the reverse side of the cheque.

Secondly, Did you even check homework is done or not!? If done correctly done or not.
Thirdly, can you pls provide fees breakdown on officall receipt such as class room charge etc which must be excluded.
Lastly, is the fees inclusive of admission fees?
Your point is absolutely correct. Computer fee, smart class fee, etc all such fees should be excluded.

ReplyDeleteI have three school going children in your school. I am away from home almost and no any male members in my native place. Fee payment can not be possible through cheque due to covid-19. School have to be utilized online facilities,so that parents can deposit the fee amount from anywhere through online.

ReplyDeleteस्कूल प्रबंधन को सूचित करना है कि मैं प्राइवेट जॉब वाला व्यक्ति हु और घर पर बैठा हूँ स्कूल प्रबंधन ने पहले ही मेरी बड़ी बेटी क्लास 3 की छात्रा है और छोटी बेटी का ऐडमिशन अभी मार्च में ही लिया हु और उसकी चेक की राशि 11875 प्रबंधन पहले ही 3 अप्रैल को ले चुका है पर अभी उसकी तो कोई ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई नही हो रही है और बड़ी को असाइनमेंट ही मिल रहे है कोई वीडियो अपलोड नही की गई है आप से अनयरोध है की इस वर्ष की फीश मंथ वाइज करने का काष्ठ करे और अमाउंट बताये की कितना देना होगा अभिवावकों का सहयोग करे धन्यवाद

ReplyDeleteFirstly, the computer fee, smart class fee, etc. Should be excluded.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, for class X teachers should explain all the subjects. Only maths and physics explanation is going on. Rest all other teachers are simply sending questions without explaining. Only one topic was explained by video in chemistry. Now they are sending only questions and in other subjects no explanation has been done only questions have been sent. I am only satisfied with maths and physics. The teachers are also not bothered about whether the students have done the work or not.
