उत्तर  - शब्द के जिस रूप से पुरूष अथवा स्त्री जाति का बोध होता है,  उसे लिंग कहते हैं। लिंग दो प्रकार के होते हैं  - 1 . पुलिंग 

              2 . स्त्रीलिंग 

 

2 . स्त्रीलिंग किसे कहते हैं? उदाहरण सहित लिखिए। 

उत्तर  - जिन संज्ञा शब्दों से स्त्री जाति का बोध होता है,  उन्हें स्त्रीलिंग कहते हैं। उदाहरण  - मोरनी  , गायिका,  नौकरानी आदि।

Subtraction  by backward  counting. 

*We cross out a smaller  number  from a bigger  number to  subtract.

*_ is the sign  of Subtraction.  We count backwards to subtract. For EXAMPLE :- Subtract 5 from 78. To do this, start  at 78 and count 5 numbers  backwards. 

 78_5=73

73 is called the difference  of 78 and 5.

For- EXAMPLE  - In a  park area , there are 73 bicycles  and 49 .By how many are the bicycles  more than the cars?

Subtract 49 from 73.

Compare the numbers Under Ones.

Step-2:

Regroup 73.

     =6tens +1ten+3 Ones

Change7to 6 under tens.

Step-4:

Subtract the numbers under Ones. 13_9=4

Subtract 6_4=2

Thus : 73_49=24
